TORONTO (March 1, 2021) – Potentia Renewables Inc. (“Potentia”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a portfolio of 62 operating solar projects from CarbonFree Technology Inc. and Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure.
These Ontario projects have a total gross capacity of 18.6 MWdc. The Métis Nation of Ontario will continue to hold its economic interest in certain of the projects, resulting in a net installed capacity of 11.3MWdc to Potentia.

The acquisition is funded by the Power Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Partnership, an investment platform with an initial $1B dedicated to the renewable energy sector.
Potentia continues to be a successful consolidator of Ontario FIT projects, currently managing a portfolio of 208 MWdc across 830 sites in the province.
